Entry into a class after the “instructor permission enrollment period” ends will require dean permission. Instructor permission is also still required prior to filling out this form. Students should refer to the academic calendar for registration deadlines.

- Instructor permission is required prior to filling out this form
- Students will be required to upload unofficial transcripts to verify prerequisites of transfer courses
- Permission codes do not override waitlists. Once received students should use the code to register right away or they may find themselves on the waitlist
- Students who do not pay tuition on time may be dropped from the course and lose their seat to someone on the waitlist. Review important tuition deadlines online.
