Students, staff, faculty, and community members are invited to a Public Hearing to comment on proposed changes to the Student Conduct Code (WAC 132H-126). This hearing will be held remotely.<\/p>\n

Purpose of the Proposal: On March 30, 2022, Governor Inslee signed Sam\u2019s Law (HB 1751) into law. This bill requires the College to update the definition of hazing and extend the prohibition to include off-campus hazing. Additional edits have been made to be compliant with the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act of 2022 (\u201cVAWA\u201d).<\/p>\n
