Main Job Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Meet with Faculty PD Workgroup co-lead weekly (at least 1 hour\/week)
\n\u2013 Plan workgroup meeting agenda
\n\u2013 Prepares for ATD meetings, as necessary
\n\u2013 Maintain Teams\/One Note workgroup site
\n\u2022 Attend regular ATD meeting throughout the quarter
\n\u2022 Co-preside over workgroup meetings
\n\u2022 Provide accountability for breakout efforts of the workgroup (see focus areas below)
\n\u2022 Align work with Guided Pathways Workgroup
\n\u2022 Meet with college stakeholders (AVP of AA, VP of DEI, Faculty Council, etc.)
\n\u2022 Move forward with effort to embed Faculty PD in Academic Affairs<\/p>\n
A qualified workgroup co-lead will be:
\n\u2022 A faculty member (adjunct or tenure, slight preference for adjunct for their often overlooked perspective).
\n\u2022 A strong advocate for equity (the core of our work)
\n\u2022 Reliable and consistent (for planning\/attending meetings as well as getting tasks done)
\n\u2022 Experienced in both strategic thinking as well as determining logistics.<\/p>\n
