For assistance, call the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at 1-877-313-4455 or go online<\/a> for support.<\/p>\n

The June 2022 EAP Employee Newsletter<\/a> helps us understand the mental health issues faced by LGBTQ+ and Black youth and offers strategies for supporting all of the young people in our lives.<\/p>\n

Learn about all that EAP offers at the live half hour EAP Orientation webinar.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, June 15 (10-10:30 a.m.). There will be additional webinars on demand and in future months.<\/p>\n

EAP<\/a> is here to help by offering a variety of on-demand webinars which can help you to better understand and manage the stress<\/a> in your life , adapt to the many changes at work and home<\/a> connected to COVID, create psychological safety<\/a> to support the team you supervise.<\/p>\n

Also learn about all that EAP<\/a> offers through the EAP Work\/Life site<\/a> . You can find tools and resources to help increase your wellbeing and reduce stress by being in nature, including this month\u2019s on-demand seminar, \u201cFinding Yourself Through Nature.\u201d This seminar is available beginning Tuesday, June 21. Access the Work\/Life site<\/a> by logging in with your Organization Code, BC.<\/p>\n
