This month\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/content.govdelivery.com\/accounts\/WADES\/bulletins\/3153651\">EAP newsletter<\/a> discusses some common barriers that keep people from getting support.<\/p>\n<p>These barriers are typically stigma, inequity, lack of awareness, and lack of access to care. The <a href=\"https:\/\/des.wa.gov\/services\/hr-finance\/washington-state-employee-assistance-program-eap\/employees\">Employee Assistance Program (EAP)<\/a> can help.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, our <a href=\"https:\/\/des.wa.gov\/services\/hr-finance\/washington-state-employee-assistance-program-eap\">EAP<\/a>\u00a0is offering the following resources to support your wellbeing:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advantageengagement.com\/1669\/login_company.php\">EAP Work\/Life site<\/a>\u00a0you can find tools and resources to help you get a good night\u2019s sleep, including this month\u2019s on-demand seminar, \u201cSleep Essentials.\u201d This seminar is available beginning Tuesday, May 17.
