Why get involved? BCG is a participatory governance structure designed to recommend meaningful, college-wide changes. It is designed to increase communication, collaboration, and teamwork across constituency and functional areas of BC.<\/p>\n

BCG is also a great way to advocate for groups and great ideas, and it gives participants a voice in the governance process. All BC faculty, staff, and students and employees are welcome.<\/p>\n

The BCG elections will be held April 21\u2014May 3 via an emailed survey. Results will be announced by May 5.\u202f<\/p>\n

BCG is made up of a College Assembly and eight councils that offer recommendations to college leadership. All BC employees are eligible to serve on a governance council. More information is available on the BC website and on the BCG SharePoint site<\/a>\u202f(login required).<\/p>\n
