{"id":200720,"date":"2026-09-21T10:39:47","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T17:39:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forms.bellevuecollege.edu\/fyi\/?p=200720"},"modified":"2026-09-21T11:46:27","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T18:46:27","slug":"city-of-bellevue-greenway-trail-detour-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forms.bellevuecollege.edu\/fyi\/2026\/09\/21\/city-of-bellevue-greenway-trail-detour-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"City of Bellevue Greenway Trail Detour Notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The City of Bellevue Transportation Department will be implementing a directional closure on SE<br \/>\n36th Street to support the construction of the third phase of the Mound to Sound Greenway Trail.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>More Information:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The City of Bellevue Transportation Department will implement a directional closure on Southeast 36th Street beginning in early October to support construction of the third phase of the Mound to Sound Greenway Trail system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The detour is expected to remain in place through the end of 2027.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Detour details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>SE 36th Street will be reduced to one westbound lane between 142nd Street and 150th Avenue Southeast.<\/li>\n<li>Eastbound traffic will be detoured along the designated route.<\/li>\n<li>A signed eastbound bicycle detour will begin at 136th Place Southeast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The lane reduction will allow crews to build retaining walls along the north side of Southeast 36th Street.
