We are looking for volunteers to help make this special event a success.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>More Information:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Volunteer for Japan Week\u2019s 10th Anniversary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Japan Week, Bellevue College\u2019s annual fall festival organized by students, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Volunteers are needed to help make this special event a success.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Volunteer Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Japan Week is recruiting:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>200 event volunteers to help with venue setup on the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 9, and during the festival on Saturday, Oct. 10.<\/li>\n<li>20 mikoshi, or portable shrine, carriers for the festival parade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Volunteer Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Volunteers must be at least 15 years old by Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">High school students may receive a Volunteer\/Community Service Certificate documenting their volunteer hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Register to Volunteer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=HCVM-UcTLkKz6orFa-_Wyw01kPpx9dpFtsw5s-_-9lhUNzhXR1dHQ0U4TUlaQzBVTjZCR01XT09VRy4u&amp;route=shorturl\">Use this link to sign up to volunteer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Join the Bellevue College community in celebrating 10 years of Japan Week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Japan Week, Bellevue College's annual fall festival organized by students, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
