In preparation for the expected parking garage maintenance occurring in the summer of 2027 there will be a significant site investigation occurring Aug. 24 through Sept. 21. Please follow all temporary signage for your and the contractor’s safety.

Portions of the parking garage will be inaccessible while construction is taking place between Aug. 24 through Sept. 21. There will always be at least one staircase available for use on the south side of the building. The elevator will remain open for the duration of this site investigation.<\/p>\n
A portion of the first-floor ADA stalls have been temporarily moved to nearby locations on the first floor of the parking garage to protect people from potential fall hazards.<\/p>\n
There will be temporary lane and sidewalk closures along Tyee River Road and the road on the east side of the parking garage. Please follow all signage and flagger directions while navigating the area.
