Yoga mats and equipment are provided. Participants are encouraged to arrive 5\u201310 minutes early<\/strong> to allow time for check-in and setup. Space is limited, so advance registration is required<\/strong>. After attending, participants are asked to complete a brief feedback form to support student learning.<\/p>\n
