The Council for Inclusion and Diversity (CID) at Bellevue College<\/span><\/span> will meet on Tuesday, April 7, from 3 to 4:30 PM<\/strong>. The meeting will be held online and is open to the campus community.<\/p>\n

About the Council for Inclusion and Diversity<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Council for Inclusion and Diversity ensures the recruitment and retention of a diverse student body and works to reduce disparate achievement outcomes. The council also promotes the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce with equitable professional opportunities.<\/p>\n

CID makes recommendations to the President\u2019s Office, College Assembly, or other councils, as appropriate, and encourages cross-campus communication, coordination, and collaboration. It provides a framework to advance the college\u2019s commitment to diversity within BC Governance and is supported by the Office of Equity and Pluralism and Human Resources.<\/p>\n
