The Council for Inclusion and Diversity works to ensure recruitment and retention of a diverse student body and to reduce disparate achievement outcomes. The council also promotes the recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce with equitable professional opportunities.<\/p>\n

The CID makes recommendations to the President\u2019s Office, College Assembly and other councils, as appropriate, and encourages cross-campus communication, coordination and collaboration.
