For individuals who did not consent to receive their W-2 electronically, a paper W-2 Form will be mailed.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>More Information:<\/h2>\n<p>Employee W-2 Forms for the tax year 2025 are available. The electronic version is available now to all employees in <a href=\"https:\/\/ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us\/m\/79746\/l\/1632387-ess-view-w-2-w-2c-form\">HCM Employee Self Service &gt; Payroll &gt; W-2\/W-2c Forms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For individuals who did not consent to receive their W-2 electronically, a paper W-2 Form was printed at the Washington State Printing Office and was mailed on or before Jan. 31.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to receive your W-2 electronically, but haven&#8217;t submitted your consent, you still can do so.
