A quick check can help you catch changes early and take simple steps to stay on track. Join us for a blood pressure screening. Know your numbers and aim for two checks each year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next clinic dates (First Wednesday):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday, Feb. 4<\/li>\n<li>11 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday, March 4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> HPM Hub \u2014 T Building, Room 205<\/p>\n<p>College life can come with a lot that affects blood pressure\u2014stress, sleep changes, energy drinks\/caffeine, eating patterns, alcohol or nicotine use, family history, certain medications, and limited time for movement. For many students, that combination can raise risk without you realizing it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A quick, confidential blood pressure check<\/li>\n<li>Help understanding what the numbers mean<\/li>\n<li>If your reading is high, we\u2019ll talk about next steps (like re-checking, tracking, and connecting you to care)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You don\u2019t have to \u201cfeel\u201d anything to have high blood pressure. Checking early is one of the easiest ways to protect your long-term health.
