This winter we are highlighting three poetry books in the Equity Reads collection. Sessions are held on three Tuesdays, Jan 20, February 17, and March 10, from 12-1 PM in person in D104E.<\/p>\n<p>These book discussions are open to faculty and staff. Each session will focus on a different book. Feel free to attend one based on your interest in that particular book or poet, or attend all three.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jan. 20: &#8220;Diary of a Daughter in Diaspora&#8221; by Bayan Founas (Facilitated by Elena Maans-Lorincz)<\/li>\n<li>Feb. 17: &#8220;How to be Drawn&#8221; by Terrance Hayes (Facilitated by Elena Maans-Lorincz)<\/li>\n<li>March 10: &#8220;Letters to a Young Brown Girl&#8221; by Barbara Jane Reyes (Facilitated by Chloe Horning and Sajonna Sletten)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All three books are available at the Bellevue College library for checkout.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bellevuecollege.libguides.com\/EquityReadsWelcome\/home\">Learn more about more about these titles and Equity Reads.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Reach out to <a href=\"e.maans@bellevuecollege.edu\">Elena Maans-Lorincz<\/a> and <a href=\"chloe.horning@bellevuecollege.edu\">Chloe Horning<\/a>\u00a0for questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Faculty and staff are invited to join poetry discussions and feature works in the Equity Reads collection.
