Welcome new and returning BC Governance members for the 2023-2024 academic year. You and your colleagues\/fellow students are invited to attend a 4-workshop series this summer to get ready for the year ahead.<\/p>\n

Register here<\/a> for any or all of the following dates: August 21, 23, 28, and 30.<\/p>\n

Topics include goal setting, leadership, history of governance councils, and ‘getting things done.’ Outlook invitations and meeting links\/locations will follow.<\/p>\n

All new, returning, and former governance members welcome to attend. Interested in joining a BC Governance council someday? Feel free to listen in.<\/p>\n

In operation since 2017, councils include Faculty, Classified, Exempt, Student, Infrastructure, Inclusion & Diversity, Resources & Planning, and Student Success. Councils work with cabinet-level resource liaisons to propose and promote improvements to Bellevue College, review policies and procedures, and develop leadership & networking skills.
