Come to the BC Library (D126) on Thursday, May 18 between 1 and 3 p.m. for de-stress activities and to meet with Counseling, Center for Career Connections, and Academic Advising staff.<\/p>\n

As we approach midterms, we might experience more stress and worry. This can get in the way of our learning.<\/p>\n

Come join Midterm Destress to explore:<\/p>\n

Various destress activities:
\n– Free stress balls, fidget toys, and other BC swag
\n– Light therapy lamp available for use
\n– Books you can check out until the end of the quarter
\n– A Vietnamese speaking mental health counselor present
\n– A Spanish speaking advisor present
\n– A French speaking career specialist present<\/p>\n

When: Thursday, 1-3 p.m.<\/p>\n

Where: Library, D-126<\/p>\n

Who: All are welcome<\/p>\n

This is a great opportunity to connect to the community, destress, have some fun, and find support.<\/p>\n
