Are you interested in aviation or have a passion for aeronautics? To launch the club, we are in search of a faculty or staff member who would like to volunteer to be a club advisor.

The aviation industry continues to grow year in and year out. There are 668,799 people currently employed by the aviation industry, with that number forecasted to increase 4.3% per year. These opportunities not only pay splendidly, but also allow you to experience the gift of flight, whether you\u2019re in the air or on the ground (Air Traffic Controller, Dispatcher, Engineer, and many more).<\/p>\n

If supporting these opportunities entices you, then please consider being the advisor for the new BC Aviation\/Aeronautics Club\u2026 we plan to visit once or twice a week, but a poll will go out for meeting days and times. Planned events include visit to Air Traffic Control towers and centers, discovery flights, connection to flight schools (powered and glider), guest speakers, and much more.<\/p>\n
