2. Master My Stories I
\nLearn where emotions come from and how to change them.
\nTake responsibility for the emotions you bring to the conversation by owning your story.<\/p>\n
3. Master My Stories II
\nEliminate negative stories that impede conversations and results.<\/p>\n
4. Start With Heart
\nStay focused on what you really want.
\nLay a foundation of good intent.<\/p>\n
5. State My Path
\nSpeak honestly and respectfully.
\nShare tough messages in a way that invites others into the conversation.<\/p>\n
6. Make It Safe
\nTake steps to rebuild safety when others get defensive.
\nTalk with almost anyone about almost anything.<\/p>\n
7. Learn to Look
\nNotice the signs that people are not in dialogue.
\nIdentify and manage your own Style Under Stress.<\/p>\n
