  • Session 1: Explore the components of Mindful Communication, review research findings, and practice leading with Presence.
  • Session 2: Practice Intention and Attention.
  • Session 3: Develop an attitude of Nonjudgement and practice Mindful Speaking.
  • Session 4: Engage in Deep Listening.
