- Session 1: Explore the components of Mindful Communication, review research findings, and practice leading with Presence.
- Session 2: Practice Intention and Attention.
- Session 3: Develop an attitude of Nonjudgement and practice Mindful Speaking.
- Session 4: Engage in Deep Listening.
