Join us for a mix of cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 AM at the Fitness Center. These sessions run from July 3 to August 7. Enjoy the social boost of working out together, get your heart rate up, build strength, and start your day off right.
No registration is necessary; drop in whenever you can. Add morning fitness to your routine!
