Recharter Your Student Organization for 2026-27
Student organization officers and advisers can begin the transition process for the 2026-27 academic year now. This process replaces re-chartering and gives organizations an opportunity to update their registration information, leadership and membership rosters before submitting for review.
To get started, confer with your organization to decide who will complete the transition. Then use this link to log in to Involve, open your organization and select the Transition tab.
For step-by-step instructions, use this link to review How to Transition Your Organization.
Student Engagement will also offer several early student organization leader trainings Thursday, Sept. 17. Sessions include new organization training, an advanced deep-dive training covering contracts, vendors and travel, and a new Finance Tool Training for student organization treasurers and others who are interested. Visit the Involve event calendar to view sessions and sign up.
Starting the transition process early may help your organization complete review and approval sooner so you can get activities underway for fall quarter.
