Celebrate Pride Month at Bellevue College

Join Bellevue College’s Queer & Trans Resource Center for its largest event of the year. Celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community at the annual Pride Festival featuring music, ice cream, face painting, poetry, arts and crafts, and information tables from Bellevue College departments and local community organizations.

The festival will take place from 11 AM-2 PM on Wednesday, June 3, in the Theatre, Fountain and Student Union Courtyards.

This year’s featured Main Stage guest is local poet, author and storyteller Kabal Briar, who will share selections from their recent book, “MOUTHY: Poems in Defense of Being Loud, Soft, Queer & Undeniable.”

11:30 AM – Faculty and Staff Panel: LGBTQ+ in STEM

12:15 PM – Poetry Reading and Author Talk: “MOUTHY” by Kabal Briar

1 PM – Open Mic and Karaoke
