Disability Pride Month Tidbits: Stimtober!
Back on the theme of disability hashtags Reddit user LoyalScrewup (https://www.reddit.com/user/LoyalScrewup) has created #Stimtober and is illustrating one of their very favorite stims nearly every day of the month in order to promote awareness and acceptance of both Autism and stimming. Some of their illustrations include jumping, verbal stimming, flapping, and rocking. Some of them are even animated!
All of the illustrations will be collected in a picture book about stimming entitled “Flap Your Hands” set to be published in Spring 2021.
